Locally saved planner
Pillowcase Care Planner
Build a rotation from the frequency you choose. This tool does not prescribe a medically correct schedule.
Multiple pillow sets
Save separate plans for different pillows or case materials. Each set keeps its own chosen interval and laundry timing in this browser.
Restore a saved plan
Import replaces the current inputs after validation. The file stays in your browser.
Build a plan from completed laundry
Choose the number of pillows that change together, then count all usable cases for that set. A case already on a pillow is part of the inventory. Choose the interval between changes and the number of days until washed cases are fully ready again. The planner uses your start date to list upcoming changes and a next laundry-completion date. These dates describe a schedule you chose; they do not prescribe a cleanliness or health rule.
The sufficiency check counts how many replacements will be needed before laundry is completed. For example, two pillows changed every three days with laundry completed after seven days need two cases in use plus four replacements. If the label requires long air drying, choose a longer laundry interval. A spare for delays is a personal preference on top of the minimum shown.
Use separate sets when care differs
Save a named set for silk cases and another for cotton cases, or for pillows in different rooms. Each saved set keeps its own count, chosen timing, start date and optional care-label note. Load one to review its next dates. The tool does not combine separate sets into a single laundry promise, because their wash and drying directions may differ.
Export creates a JSON file for the current plan; import accepts a valid plan file that you choose and replaces the current inputs. The saved set list stays in this browser until you delete it. An exported file remains wherever your browser saved it, so remove that copy separately if you no longer need it. The optional note is local and should not contain sensitive information.
